M5 crash: One killed and two injured as three-lorry accident closes motorway

One person has died and two others are seriously injured after a motorway crash involving three lorries this morning.

The smash took place between Junctions 13 and 14 on the M5 in Gloucestershire at around 5am today.

Police were called to reports of a serious crash involving three large goods vehicles on the southbound carriageway, reports say.

The drivers of two vehicles have been rushed to Southmead Hospital in Bristol, according to GloucestershireLive.
