British EuroMillions ticketholder scoops massive £59m jackpot

A British ticket-holder has won tonight’s £59million EuroMillions jackpot, Camelot has said.

The win follows a Brit landing a gigantic £122million earlier this month on the same game.

Camelot’s Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at The National Lottery, said: “What amazing news, one UK winner has scooped tonight’s fabulous £59M EuroMillions jackpot.

“This is the second UK EuroMillions jackpot winner in April after a lucky ticket-holder scooped the gigantic £122M jackpot on 2 April.

“Players are being urged to check their tickets and to give us a call to claim this fantastic prize.”

“National Lottery players make a huge difference to National Lottery Good Causes across the country raising, on average, around £30M every week,” Mr Carter added.

“Thanks to National Lottery players, over £1BN has been distributed to date across the UK to help tackle the impact of coronavirus.”

According to The Sunday Times Rich List, the £122million winner immediately became the 976th richest person in the country after landing the sum.
